I. Scope of Application This applies to consumers in the 27 EU member states and the EEA region (including Iceland) who purchase our hosiery products for non-commercial and non-professional purposes. 3. Product Guarantee Services: The socks we provide meet relevant EU quality standards and have a warranty period of no less than 2 years. During the warranty period, non-human-caused damage is eligible for repair, replacement, or return services, ensuring product quality meets contractual agreements and reasonable usage expectations.
4. Consultation and Response Services: We provide 24/7 online consultation channels (with a 2-business-day response timeframe) through our official website and dedicated email address to promptly answer questions regarding orders, logistics, after-sales service, and data, and to cooperate with EU consumer rights protection needs.
5. Data Protection Services: We strictly adhere to GDPR regulations, collecting only necessary personal consumer data, using encrypted storage, and not sharing it with third parties to protect consumer data privacy and security, complying with EU data protection requirements.
III. Rights and Obligations of Both Parties

2. IV. Service Exceptions and Disclaimers
1. We are not liable for service delays caused by EU customs inspections, policy adjustments, or force majeure (such as logistical disruptions or natural disasters), but we will promptly notify consumers and provide necessary assistance.
2. Consumers are solely responsible for any service disruptions caused by their own actions, such as providing false information, failing to cooperate with customs clearance on time, or intentionally damaging products.
3. We are not liable for disputes arising from individual consumer usage habits or cognitive biases related to product use; we are only responsible for the quality of the product itself and the fulfillment of the agreed services.
V. Service Complaints and Remedies
1. Consumers who have objections to our services may submit complaints through our website otcft.com or email customer@otcft.com. We will respond within 2 business days and provide a solution within 7 business days.
2. If dissatisfied with the resolution, consumers may file a complaint with the local consumer protection agency in the EU (such as the Italian Competition Authority ICA) or the data protection regulatory agency. We will actively cooperate with the investigation.
VI. Other Notes
1. In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions and relevant EU and member state regulations, the EU and member state regulations shall prevail, adhering to the minimum protection standards of the EU, but not excluding stricter consumer protection regulations in member states.
