Shipping Policy

These terms and conditions are formulated in accordance with EU ICS2 declaration requirements, customs regulations, and relevant logistics regulations. They apply to the shipping of ORBITCRAFT socks purchased by consumers within the EU through our official website (otcft.com), email (customer@otcft.com), and other compliant channels. They clarify the rights and obligations of both parties in the shipping process, ensuring compliance and transparency.


I. Scope of Application

These terms and conditions apply to the shipping of ORBITCRAFT socks purchased by consumers in the 27 EU member states and the EEA region (including Iceland, etc.), covering compliant shipping methods such as air and land transport. They do not apply to shipping outside the EU or to commercial purchases.


II. Shipping and Delivery Time

1. Shipping Time: After receiving the consumer's order and confirming payment, we will complete the preparation of goods, compliant declaration (including advance ICS2 declaration), and shipment within 6-7 business days. This will be delayed if holidays occur.

2. Transit Time: After shipment, the transit time is 15-25 working days. This timeframe refers only to the normal transit time from our shipment to the arrival of the goods at the designated EU delivery address, excluding EU customs clearance delays and delays caused by force majeure.


III. Transportation Compliance and Declaration

1. We will strictly adhere to the EU ICS2 system declaration requirements, submitting complete and accurate cargo information (including HS code, quantity, and value of the socks) and consignor/consignee information at least 24 hours before shipment to ensure smooth customs clearance and avoid customs detention and fines.

2. During transportation, we will select carriers with proper EU transportation qualifications and track the cargo's status throughout the process to ensure cargo safety.


IV. Customs Clearance and Fees

1. Customs Clearance Responsibility: Using DAP transport terms, we are responsible for transporting the goods to the designated EU destination. Import customs clearance procedures and related taxes are borne by the consumer. We will provide necessary customs clearance supporting documents (such as commercial invoices and packing lists).

2. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs include cargo transportation, ICS2 declaration, and logistics tracking, but do not include additional costs such as customs duties, demurrage fees, and warehousing fees (additional costs incurred due to consumer reasons are borne by the consumer).


V. Handling Delays and Damage

1. Delay Handling: If the shipping delay exceeds 30 days due to our reasons (such as failure to ship on time or declaration errors), the consumer can apply for a refund or reshipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection or force majeure (such as logistics interruptions or policy adjustments), but we will promptly notify the consumer and assist in handling the situation.

2. Damage Handling: If the goods are damaged or lost upon arrival, the consumer must submit proof (photos, videos) through our official website or dedicated email address within 3 business days of receipt. After verification, we will reship or refund free of charge.


VI. Other Instructions

1. Consumers must provide an accurate delivery address, contact information, and a valid EU VAT number (if required). Consumers will be responsible for any costs incurred due to shipping delays or returns caused by incorrect information.

2. In case of any conflict between these terms and conditions and the transport and customs regulations of the EU and its member states, the EU and its member states' regulations shall prevail.
