Return Policy

These terms and conditions are formulated in accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673 and apply to ORBITCRAFT socks purchased by consumers within the EU, clarifying the rights and obligations of both parties regarding returns and exchanges.

I. Prerequisites

1. Scope of Application: Socks purchased by consumers within the EU through otcft.com and compliant channels, excluding overseas consumers and commercial purchases.

2. Basic Requirements: Returned socks must be in their original packaging, show no signs of wear or washing, and have all accessories (except for quality issues, for which proof of purchase is required).

II. No-Reason Returns (Cooling-Off Period)

1. The cooling-off period is 14 days, starting from the date of receipt of the socks. No reason is required, and the return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.

2. Inapplicable Situations: Socks that are worn and damaged, or accessories are missing and cannot prove original manufacturer status.

3. The official website otcft.com has a "One-Click Return" function, allowing direct submission of applications without prior review.

III. Returns and Exchanges Due to Quality Issues

1. For quality issues (skipped stitches, incorrect materials, significant color differences, etc.), returns and exchanges can be requested within 14 days. Return shipping costs will be borne by us.

2. Socks come with at least a 2-year statutory warranty. Non-human-caused quality issues within the warranty period can be repaired, replaced, or returned.

IV. Return and Exchange Process

1. Application: Submit via the "One-Click Return" function on the official website or email customer@otcft.com. Confirmation will be provided within 2 business days.

2. Return: Return the product to the designated address within 7 business days, ensuring proper packaging.

3. Processing: Inspection will be completed within 3 business days. If the product is deemed acceptable, a refund will be issued within 14 business days or an exchange will be provided within 5 business days.

V. Other Notes

1. In case of conflict between these terms and conditions and EU regulations, the EU regulations shall prevail.
